Shipping
Please allow 24 hours for processing your order. Our candles and accessories are handmade, so delivery takes 7 to 21 days. All orders are processed and shipped either from the candle shop in Barcelona or from our headquarters in Ibiza.
* Once collected and scanned by our carrier, the delivery transit time is 24 hours for all national shipments in the Peninsula, except remote areas and Islands that can a little longer. There maybe an extra charge for deliveries in remote areas or for large packages that exceed 32 volumetric kilos.
* The delivery transit time for shipments within the EU at standard rate is 48 – 72 hours.
* Delivery transit time for shipments outside the EU will depend on the destination. To the United States, for example, it takes an average of 5 or 6 days. Tax and custom fees are not included in the shipping price
